Our place is at 40 J/27 in Nigdi. It's specifically in the Pradhikarn area of Pune, in a building called Chintamani. It’s a simple setup. We deal with media stuff, so there’s always a screen on somewhere in the room. The 411044 zip code area is pretty familiar to us now. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local tea stall owner and the courier guy by their first names. It’s not a high-rise office. It feels more like a local workshop where things get made. We spend our days working on various media projects for all sorts of people. Sometimes it's quiet, and other times it's loud with everyone talking at once. We don't have a dress code or anything like that. We just show up in whatever and get to it. The office gets a lot of light in the afternoon which makes it a nice place to sit. We have some old furniture and some new computers. It’s a mix of everything we’ve picked up over the years. We don’t really do big formal meetings here; usually, we just talk across the room. If we need to discuss something, we just pull up a chair next to someone. It’s a very straightforward way to work. No one is trying to impress anyone else. We just want to make sure the media files are correct and things are running. It’s a good way to live.
