Indus International School

Indus International School is located over at Flat No 30 in the Suryapuram B Wing. It’s right near Sun City on Sinhgad Road in Pune. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a school, being in a flat and all, but we make it work for everyone. We have kids coming in every day, and the halls can get pretty noisy when they are moving between rooms. We don't have a giant playground like some of those huge schools on the outskirts, but we do our best with what we have here. The staff is mostly local, and we all know the shortcut to get to the main road without getting stuck in too much traffic. We aren't trying to be the most prestigious place in the world; we just want to help the kids learn their math and reading. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes forever, and we end up walking the stairs. It’s a very normal environment where we focus on the basics. You won't find any fancy slogans here, just desks and books and teachers who have been doing this for years. We spend our afternoons planning for the next day and making sure the classroom is tidy. It’s a simple operation, and we like being part of the community around Sinhgad Road. Most people know us as the school in the B Wing.
