You can find us at 284/2 in Somwar Peth, which is right near the old Apollo Theater. It’s a very traditional part of Pune, lots of old buildings and narrow lanes. Induction Equipment (I) Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for years. The theater is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. The office is a bit old-fashioned, with heavy wooden doors and high ceilings. It gets a bit noisy outside because of the traffic and the shops nearby, but we’re used to it. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us who know the business well. We spend our days answering the phone and dealing with the technical side of things. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up, and we usually order food from the place around the corner. We aren't looking to move to one of those new glass buildings. We like it here in Somwar Peth. It feels like we are part of the history of the city. There’s always something happening on the street outside. Our desks are a bit messy, and the files are stuffed into old cabinets, but it works for us. It’s a real place with real people. The ceiling fan in the main room makes a rhythmic clicking sound that we've all learned to ignore. It’s almost like a heartbeat for the office. We have some old newspapers for packing.
