Indore Composite Pvt. Ltd.

We started Indore Composite Pvt. Ltd. over here in Urawade, which is part of Taluka Mulshi. Our place is specifically at Hissa No. 501, Gut No. 411. It is a bit of a drive to get out here but we have been here for a while now. Most days are pretty busy with the regular work we do. We don't really have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just the main building where everything gets done. People usually find us by looking for the Gut number because the roads can get a bit confusing if you aren't from around here. We handle a lot of different things throughout the week. Sometimes things go smooth, other times we are just trying to keep up with the schedule. It is mostly local people working here. We have grown bit by bit over the years. We didn't really plan for it to get this big, but it just happened as more work came in. When you walk inside, you'll see everyone just doing their job. No one is wearing suits or trying to look important. We just focus on the orders we have. It gets quite loud sometimes because of the machinery and the trucks coming in and out. That's just how it is in this part of Mulshi. We've got used to the routine. The weather out here in Urawade can be unpredictable too, especially during the rains. We just keep the doors open and get on with it. It is how we do things.
