You can find Indo Foreign Stores tucked away at 281/292, right behind Padhye Enterprises on M G Road in the Camp area. It’s a bit of a hidden spot if you aren't looking closely, but once you find Padhye Enterprises, we are just right there. M G Road is always humming with people, but being slightly behind the main frontage gives us a little bit of a different vibe. We’ve been operating out of this space for many years now. The name might sound a bit grand to some, but we are just a regular local store. We stock what we can and try to keep things organized, though some days the shelves look a bit cluttered. That’s just how it goes when you’re busy and shorthanded. We don’t have a website or anything like that, so most of our business comes from people walking by or folks who have known us for decades. The Camp area has a lot of history, and you can feel it in the old buildings around us. We see a lot of different people coming through, from students to older residents who have lived here forever. We aren't trying to sell anyone on some big vision. We just open the doors in the morning and wait to see who comes in. It’s a quiet life for the most part, despite the chaos of the main road just a few steps away. We usually just close up when the sun goes down and head home.
