India Trading Company

India Trading Company has its spot in Narayan Peth, which is always a bit crowded and loud with all the traffic. We deal with various items and most of our time goes into checking inventory and talking to people who walk in. The building is older, like a lot of places in this part of town. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy. Usually, there are boxes stacked near the entrance because deliveries come in at odd hours. We handle the paperwork ourselves and try to keep track of what’s going out. It can get messy during the busy season. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit when the grid is heavy. Narayan Peth has been our home for a good while. People around here know where we are. We don't really do much advertising or stuff like that. Most folks just know us from being in the neighborhood. The shop floor is a bit cramped but we manage to fit everything in. We open up in the morning and stay until the evening chores are done. Every day is pretty much the same mix of phone calls and moving crates around. It’s just a regular trading business. We do our work and go home. Nothing more to it than that. If you are walking down the lanes here, you'll probably see us working away.
