Our team at Incat Tata Technologies Co is located over at Sneha Paradise in Pune. We are in 301, which is in the S. No. 131/2B area of Waraje Malawadi. If you know Pune, you know Waraje is a busy spot, especially with all the traffic coming off the highway. The building itself is a typical commercial setup, and we have been here for a while now. It gets quite noisy outside with the buses and bikes, but once you are inside the office, it is just the sound of people typing and talking on the phone. We work on a lot of technical stuff, mostly related to the engineering and tech side of things that Tata is known for. It is not all high-tech and glamorous though; a lot of it is just staring at screens and trying to figure out why a piece of software isn't doing what it should. We have a small pantry where we eat lunch, usually something brought from home in tiffins. The staff here is a mix of young engineers and some older folks who have seen the industry change over the years. We don't have any big corporate manifestos on the walls. We just come in, do the work, and try to avoid the worst of the evening traffic on the way back home. It is a decent place to work and the view from the third floor isn't too bad if you like watching the city.
