You can find us in the Arriyant Building over in the Pimple-Gurav area of Pune. We’re located near Sai Chowk and the Jagtap Dairy, which is how most people find their way here. The office is actually listed under the name of Mr. Vidtadhar Bhagate, and we’ve been operating from this space for some time. We handle property management and all the various services that come with that. It’s not a very exciting job, mostly dealing with paperwork and maintenance issues for different buildings. Pune is growing so fast, so there’s always something to look after. Our office is pretty quiet compared to the main road. We have a simple setup with a few computers and a lot of files. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on sites nearby. Pimple-Gurav has changed a lot since we first started, with more buildings popping up every year. We usually start the day early before the heat gets too bad. There’s a tea shop just down the street where we usually meet up to discuss the day's schedule. It’s a practical business, nothing too fancy. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby. People just come in and tell us what’s wrong with their property, and we try to get it sorted out. It’s steady work and keeps us busy enough throughout the week. Sometimes it gets stressful, but we manage to stay on top of things.
