You can find Aim Estates Services at Sr No 630 on Jangali Maharaj Road. We are in the Bhosale-Shinde Arcade, specifically Shop No 8 on the first floor. This is right in the Deccan Gymkhana area, which is always busy with people shopping or heading to college. Our office is a quiet spot above the main street noise. We mostly deal with property stuff, looking at listings and talking to people who want to rent or buy. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls. We have been in this arcade for a good while now. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, but it keeps us fit. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us sitting at our desks, checking the local papers and our files. People come in looking for a flat or an office space in the city. We show them what is available and go from there. Deccan is a great place to work because everything is close by. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, showing people around different buildings. It is a regular job, and we try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated. If you are on JM Road, just look for the arcade. We are usually here through the week, just sorting out real estate files.
