Connection Properties

Our shop is number 16 in the Shiv Hari Complex. If you know where Aarti Electrical is on the road from Bibwewadi to Kondhwa, we are right behind them in Hadapsar. Connection Properties is the name on the board outside. It’s a decent little spot, though the parking can be a bit of a mess sometimes. We spend most of our time here talking to neighbors and people passing through. It’s a practical office, nothing too pretty, just functional. We started this because we knew the area well and figured we could help people find what they needed. There’s a lot of growth happening around Hadapsar, so there’s always something going on. We don’t really do the whole high-pressure sales thing. It’s not our style. We’d rather just have a cup of tea and talk about what’s available. Most of our business comes from people telling their friends about us. We’ve got maps on the walls and plenty of notebooks filled with details. It’s a bit old school, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do a good job for the people who live around here. It’s a simple life, and we like it that way. You can usually find us here until late evening most days of the week.
