Our office is tucked away on the sixth floor of Aamar Avinash Plaza, right there on Station Road in Pune. If you know the area near the railway station, you’ve probably walked past us a hundred times without noticing. We are basically right next to the Inox Theater, which makes it easy to find if you’re coming from Agarkar Nagar or just getting off a train. Being up on the 6th floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly it's just where we do our work as property consultants. Jones Lang Lasalle Property Consultants India Private Limited is a long name, I know, but we just go by that. The office is usually busy since we’re so close to the station. People stop in because they see the sign or they’re already in the building for something else. It's a practical spot for us to be. Sometimes the traffic on Station Road gets pretty loud, especially during the rush, but inside it’s just us doing our thing. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and the plaza is a well-known spot. Finding parking can be a bit of a pain sometimes with the theater crowds, but that's just life in this part of Pune. If you're looking for us, just look for the Inox and then head up the elevators in Aamar Avinash. We are usually here during normal hours, just dealing with whatever comes across the desk today.
