Zhen Property

Zhen Property is located over at Coopers Arcade in Viman Nagar. We are at number 11, right across from the Viman Nagar Telephone Exchange. If you’ve ever tried to park near the exchange, you know it can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. Our office is a simple place. We’ve got some chairs, a few desks, and a lot of keys for different flats around the area. Viman Nagar is always moving because of the students and the office people. We spend a lot of our time just keeping track of who is moving in and who is moving out. It’s a lot of coordination. Most mornings start with checking messages from people looking for a room or a whole house. We walk over to the different societies quite a bit. It’s easier than driving in the local traffic. Coopers Arcade is a familiar spot for most locals, so we get a fair amount of walk-ins. We don't have a big staff, so when the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. We try to keep things straightforward. If a place is available, we show it. If not, we tell them to wait. It’s just the way it goes here. The telephone exchange across the road is a good landmark, even if the road gets crowded. We just stay busy with the daily routine of the Pune property market. Most of our clients are just regular people looking for a decent place to live.
