We are over at 1707-B in Shivaji Nagar. Our office is on the ground floor of the Chinar Apartment building. It’s pretty close to the Agriculture College, which is a big landmark around here. Having the office on the ground floor is handy because nobody has to mess with stairs or elevators. The name is a bit long—Corporate Property Services & Consultants—but most people just call us for property help. Shivaji Nagar is a central spot, so there is always a lot of movement. Chinar Apartment is an older building, but it is sturdy and keeps us cool enough. We have a basic setup inside with some desks and a couple of chairs for whoever drops in. Being near the Agriculture College means there are always students and people walking around outside. It makes the area feel lively. We spend a lot of time looking at papers and talking about buildings. It is not the most exciting work, but it keeps us busy. Sometimes the traffic near the college gets a bit backed up, but that is just part of being in this part of town. We have been here at 1707-B for a while now. It is a simple space, but it fits what we do. If you see the Chinar Apartment sign, you have basically found us. Just look for the ground floor entrance.
