Ashray Estate

Ashray Estate is located in Flat 11 of the Akshay Building, right in Anand Nagar along Sinhagad Road. We are directly opposite the Janseva Bank, which makes us pretty easy to find if you are in the Parvati or Dockyard Road area. Our office is basically a converted apartment, so it has a very homey feel to it. There’s a small waiting area with a couple of chairs and a lot of real estate magazines that are a few months old. We mainly focus on helping people find rentals or buy apartments in this part of the city. Sinhagad Road is always packed with traffic, so we do a lot of our work early in the morning or later in the evening when things calm down a bit. We aren't some big corporate agency with hundreds of agents. It’s just a small team of us who know this neighborhood inside out. We know which buildings have good water supply and which ones get a bit noisy because of the main road. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting people at their gates to hand over keys. We don't have a polished pitch or anything like that. We just listen to what someone needs and try to find a place that fits their budget. It’s practical work, and we like the fact that we’re helping our neighbors find a place to live without making it a stressful experience.
