Our office is situated in Kothrud, right near the State Bank of Hyderabad. It’s a convenient spot because most people in the neighborhood know the bank. We’ve been operating in this area for quite some time now. Kothrud is a big place, and it’s always changing with new buildings going up and old ones getting torn down. We spend a lot of our time talking to people about houses and shops. It’s not a fancy setup. We have a few chairs, a couple of desks, and a lot of maps and listings pinned up or kept in folders. People drop by throughout the day to ask about what's available in the market. Sometimes we’re just sitting here waiting for the phone to ring, and other times we’re out running around looking at properties with clients. The traffic in Kothrud can be a bit much, especially during rush hour, but we’re used to it. We don't use any high-pressure tactics or anything like that. We just show people what’s out there and let them decide. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. Most of our clients come from word of mouth or just because they saw our sign while walking to the bank. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow and expand over the years. It’s a good place to work. We try to keep things honest and just tell people the facts about the places they’re looking at. That’s about it for us. We keep some cold water for visitors who come in from the heat.
