Our Pune branch is located in Padmaja Park, which is right across from Lake Town in the Bibwe Wadi area. We are in the A-2 building, up on the 5th floor in Flat No. 30. It is a residential complex, so it does not feel like a standard corporate office at all. Chaitraban is a pretty decent area to work in every day. We have a nice view of the surroundings from the fifth floor windows. Most of our day is spent handling customer queries or dealing with the technical side of the mobile network stuff. It is a lot of looking at screens and talking on the phone. The flat is fairly big, but we have filled it up with desks and server racks. We do not have a big sign on the main road, so people usually have to look for Padmaja Park first. Bibwe Wadi can get quite crowded in the evenings when everyone is coming home, so we try to finish up our tasks before the worst of the traffic hits. We have a small table in the corner where we eat our tiffins together. It is a friendly atmosphere, nothing too stiff or formal for the staff. We wear regular clothes and just focus on what needs to be fixed or updated in the system. Being in an apartment building makes the workday feel a little less like a chore.
