I Design Engineering Solutions Ltd operates out of Nancy Towers, specifically in unit A 403. We are located right opposite the Kedari Petrol Pump in the Wanawadi area of Pune. It is a decent spot to work from, and the landmark makes it pretty easy for people to find us. We focus on engineering work, which means a lot of blueprints, technical drawings, and solving practical problems. Our office isn't one of those modern, open-plan spaces with bean bags; it’s a proper engineering office with real desks and plenty of paper. We have been in Pune for quite some time now and we like the atmosphere of this neighborhood. The team here is mostly made up of people who just enjoy the technical side of things and don't care much for corporate polish. We spend our hours figuring out how things should be built or fixed. Sometimes we stay late when a project is particularly tricky, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. There is usually a bit of noise from the street below, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We keep our operations simple and direct, avoiding any of that complicated management jargon. It is just about getting the engineering right and making sure the plans work.
