We are tucked away in A-Wing, specifically in Flat No 12, at the Goodwill Sanskruti building. It is right there on Dhanorie Road. The area, Bhairavnagar, has changed a lot lately with more people moving in and new shops opening up. Our office is inside a residential complex which makes the morning commute feel a bit different than going to a big business park. We handle global services from here, even though it’s just a regular flat. You walk in and see the desks and computers where people are busy all day. The Pune-15 area is pretty busy during the week. There is always someone coming or going in the building. We know the neighbors and the security guards at the gate. It is a simple setup really. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything. Most of us just bring our lunch and eat together in the small kitchen area. The windows look out over the road and you can see the traffic building up in the afternoons. It gets a bit noisy sometimes but we are used to it by now. Being in a wing of a housing society means we have to follow the local rules about parking and noise, but it works out fine. It’s a decent place to spend the day working on global tasks while staying connected to the local Pune vibe. We just try to get through the daily tasks without making too much of a fuss.
