Hukson Tea Traders

Hukson Tea Traders is located at 256, 348-56 in Gul Market, right in the Raviwar Peth area. It’s a confusing set of numbers, but if you look for the big stacks of crates, you’ll find us. Raviwar Peth is always buzzing with energy, and Gul Market is no different. We spend our days surrounded by tea samples and big ledgers. The air is thick with the scent of different blends. We don't have a polished showroom with lights and mirrors. Instead, we have high shelves and a lot of floor space for the incoming shipments. Sometimes the trucks arrive late at night, and we have to come down to unload them in the dark. It makes for long days, but that is the life of a trader. We drink a lot of tea ourselves to test the batches, so we’re usually pretty caffeinated by noon. The floors are a bit uneven and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy to worry about that right now. We don't use any corporate talk or try to sound bigger than we are. We’re just a bunch of people working in a market, trying to get the tea from the farms to the shops. It’s a lot of paperwork and a lot of heavy lifting, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home.
