Hippocrene Brew Llp

We have been over here at Yerwada for a while now, right near the Agakhan Palace. It is a busy part of Pune, but we like the area quite a bit. We focus on the brewing side of things. It gets pretty loud in the workshop sometimes when the equipment is running, but that is just how it goes. We started small, mostly because we wanted to see if we could make something worth drinking. There are only a few of us working here at Imperial Residence, specifically in units 5 and 6. It is not a huge office or anything fancy, just a workspace where we get things done. We spend most of our days looking at batches and checking the temperatures. Some days are longer than others, especially when a delivery is late or the weather in Pune gets too hot. We do not really do the big flashy advertising stuff. People usually find out about us through word of mouth or if they happen to live in the neighborhood. We keep the doors open, though it is mostly just for work. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to see what that smell is—usually just malt or hops. It is a simple setup. We try to keep our gear clean and our processes straightforward. No one here wears a suit. We just wear what is comfortable for moving heavy bags around. It is a bit messy, but it is our mess. We are just Hippocrene Brew and we are here in Yerwada doing our thing.
