Sometimes the neighbors complain if we have too many boxes being moved in or out, so we try to keep things low-key. Working from a flat means we can’t have fifty people here, but for our small team, it’s plenty of space. We spend our days coordinating orders and talking about new ideas over tea in the balcony. It’s a very Pune style of working, where things are relaxed but we still get our tasks done before the sun goes down. Most days we are just busy with the small stuff that keeps the place running.
