Havone Confectionaries Private Limited is right here in Manikbaug, Pune. If you know the area, we are in Shop Number 05 at the Dnawale Appt on S.No. 15/2/1. It is a small shop but we keep it busy. Every morning starts early because you have to get things ready before the heat picks up. Pune can be quite dry, and that affects how we handle the confectionery items. We aren't trying to be some big international brand, we just focus on our little corner here. Usually, it is just us moving boxes around or making sure the display is okay. The traffic on the road outside can get pretty loud during the day, which is just part of the life in this neighborhood. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the small details that nobody sees, like checking the sugar supplies or cleaning the counters after a long shift. It gets tiring sometimes, especially when the orders pile up and there are only a few of us to handle everything. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The shop is tucked away a bit, but locals know where to find us. It’s a honest living, mostly just trying to keep the treats fresh and making sure the lights stay on. It isn't always perfect, things break or deliveries show up late, but that is just part of the daily grind for us here in Pune. We just take it one order at a time and try to keep things moving.
