We are based out of the Sangamwadi area in Pune. This part of the city is quite central and connects a lot of the major roads, so there’s always people passing through. We handle a lot of the background work for the restaurants from this location. It’s not some grand office with marble floors or fancy art; it’s just a place where we sit down and look at the numbers and the schedules. Dealing with the food business in a city like Pune keeps us on our toes. There’s always a delivery truck to track or some maintenance issue to talk about. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to explain what we do. We just make sure that when someone walks into one of our spots, they get what they expect. The office here can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, especially during the busy lunch periods. We’ve got a mix of people working here, some who have been with us since the start and others who are just learning the ropes. We don't have a mission statement hanging on every wall; we just know what needs to happen by the end of the day. It’s a lot of practical work, like making sure the supplies are moving and the staff is sorted for their shifts. Sangamwadi is a good spot for us because it's easy to get to from different parts of town.
