Our business, Haji Gulam Ali Caterers, is tucked away at 862 Dastur Meher Road in the Camp area. We have been doing this for a long time now. Catering is hard work and it involves a lot of early mornings and late nights. We handle food for different types of gatherings, whether it's a small family thing or a bigger event. We don't have a flashy office or a big sales team. Usually, people just hear about us from their friends or neighbors who have used us before. Our kitchen is where all the action happens. We use big pots and traditional methods because that’s how we learned to do it. The Camp area in Pune is quite old and has a lot of history, and we feel like a part of that. We try to stay organized, but with catering, things can get a bit hectic when multiple orders come in at once. We just focus on getting the food delivered on time and making sure there is enough for everyone. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook and serve.
