Royal Food Products

Our main setup is near the Sayed Nagar Railway Gate, Lane No. 02 in Hadapsar. We also have space over at Sai Prasad Plot No. 55 and another spot on Old Mundhwa Road in Kharadi. It is a bit of a sprawl because we use different plots like 33/1 Barole Wasti for our storage and production. Working at Royal Food Products means dealing with the chaos of the railway gate several times a day. If the gate is closed, everything just stops. The lanes in Sayed Nagar are narrow, so moving our goods between Shejwal Park and the main road is always a bit of a struggle. We have the smell of spices and grains all over our clothes by the time we go home. The warehouse at Lane No. 9 is usually where we keep the bulk stuff. It is a lot of loading and unloading by hand. We have a lot of local workers from the Hadapsar area who know these shortcuts better than anyone. The office part is just a small room with a couple of old computers and a lot of logbooks. We are always checking the weather because rain makes the dirt roads near Barole Wasti a mess for our delivery vans. It is not a shiny factory you see in magazines, but we keep the machines running and the food moving out to the shops. It is a lot of logistics to manage across all these different spots.
