Gloria Engineering Works Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 33 St Patrick Town in Hadapsar. It’s a bit of an interesting spot for an engineering company because St Patrick Town has a residential feel to it, but we’ve made it work for a long time. Our office is tucked away, and it’s where we handle the planning and the paperwork for our projects. Hadapsar has changed a lot since we first set up shop here; it used to be much quieter, but now it’s bustling all the time. We aren’t a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller group that focuses on getting the technical details right. The space is filled with files, old drawings, and a couple of desks that have seen better days. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, you just walk in and find one of us working on a computer or talking on the phone with a supplier. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, especially when we have a lot of projects going on at once. We like the neighborhood, though. There are good places to grab a quick lunch nearby, and everyone knows us by now. We don't put on any airs about being something we’re not. We’re just an engineering firm doing our bit in this corner of Pune. We show up, do the work, and go home. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it’s served us well over the years.
