Gypsy Travel Organiser

Gypsy Travel Organiser is based out of Vishal Niwas in Baner. We are right next to Metro Hospital, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. Our office is usually filled with maps, brochures, and the sound of someone talking on the phone about bus timings or hotel bookings. It is not a very big place, just enough room for a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we figure out their trips. We spend a lot of time looking at calendars and trying to piece together itineraries that make sense. It is a lot of coordination and double-checking. Sometimes things go wrong with a booking and we have to stay late to fix it. We are not a big agency with a call center; it is just us here in Baner. We like travel ourselves, so we ended up doing this for work. The street outside is always busy with people heading toward the hospital or the local shops. We have a lot of regular families who come to us every year for their summer holidays. It is mostly about keeping track of details and making sure people have their tickets on time. We do not use flashy advertisements. Most of our work comes from people just walking in or calling based on a recommendation. It is a bit chaotic sometimes with all the paperwork, but we enjoy the puzzle of putting a good trip together for someone.
