You’ll find Guru Engineers at W-162 in the Bhosari Industrial Estate, near the power station. It’s a big area, and we’re tucked away in the S Block near Jagani Village. Being close to the power station means we never really have to worry about the lights going out, which is good because our machines need a lot of juice to run. We do heavy engineering work here, the kind that leaves you tired at the end of the shift. The shop is large and can get quite cold in the mornings before the machines warm up. We have a solid team of workers who come from the surrounding villages like Jigani. We don’t spend much time on paperwork or meetings. Most of our day is spent on the shop floor, making sure the lathes are turning and the welding is clean. It’s a practical environment where results matter more than how things look. We often have tea breaks together near the main door where we can see the trucks passing by. We’ve been part of this industrial estate for a long time and we know most of our neighbors. If a machine needs a special part, someone usually knows where to get it nearby. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. We are just an engineering firm that does its work, pays its people, and gets ready to do it all again the next day.
