Grillicious Foods is located at Sr No 27 in Somnath Mala. We are in the Pathare Wasti area. It’s a bit of a local spot. We do a lot of food preparation here. It’s not a fancy restaurant or a big corporate office. It’s more of a production space. The kitchen gets really hot during the day. We have several people working on different things. Somnath Mala is a place where people just get on with their work. We’ve been here for some time now. Pathare Wasti has its own vibe, very local and straightforward. We handle a lot of orders, so the pace is usually quite fast. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the prep for the next day. We don't have any marketing fluff to share. We just cook and package. The delivery drivers are always coming and going. It gets a bit chaotic around noon. We share a laugh when things get too crazy. My partner handles the accounts while I stay in the back with the food. It’s a simple arrangement that works for us. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just make food. Maharashtra has a lot of places like ours. We are just one of many small businesses trying to make a living. It’s good work and keeps us busy all week. The neighbors are nice, and we often swap food with the guys in the next unit. It helps keep the mood light when the orders are piling up.
