You’ll find us at Sr. No. 124/21 on Jadhav Lane in the Kalas area of Vishrantvadi, Pune. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, which we actually prefer. Jadhav Lane is one of those narrow streets where you have to be careful when two cars are trying to pass each other. We’ve been operating out of this location for a while, and it feels very much like a part of the local industrial and residential mix that defines Kalas. The building is an engineering setup, so it’s more about functionality than looks. We have some heavy equipment and plenty of tools lying around, and there’s usually the sound of work coming from the main floor. Vishrantvadi is a busy part of Pune, but our little corner on Jadhav Lane stays relatively focused. We aren’t big on fancy meetings or polished presentations. Usually, we are just in our work clothes, figuring out technical problems or checking on the latest batch of engineering work. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going and just push through. People who come to see us usually know the area well, so they don’t have much trouble finding the lane. It’s a simple, hardworking environment where we don’t worry about corporate image, we just worry about getting the engineering right. It’s what we do every day, and we like the rhythm of this place. We stay late if we have to, getting the parts out on time.
