Gordon House Hotel Pune

So, we operate the Gordon House Hotel Pune from our spot at Laxmi Narayan Appt. We’re tucked away in Block No Sf-11. It's funny because the name says Pune but we are actually over in the Lashkar area of Solapur. It gets a bit confusing for people sometimes, but that’s just how it’s registered. The apartment block is pretty standard for this part of Solapur. You walk up the stairs and you’ll find us there. It isn't a massive corporate office or anything like that. Just a few rooms where we handle the day-to-day paperwork and keep things moving. The weather here in Lashkar can get really hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time messing with the fans and keeping the windows shut to block out the dust. We’ve been in this building for a while now. Most of the other folks in Laxmi Narayan Appt are just regular families, so we try to keep the noise down. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up with the neighbors because the numbering is a bit weird. I remember when we first moved into Sf-11, the walls were a strange shade of yellow, but we’ve settled in since then. We aren’t trying to be anything big. Just a local business doing what we do in Solapur. It's mostly about keeping the records straight and answering the phone when it rings. Just normal work. We are usually here by nine in the morning and stay until late.
