We are out in Vadgaon Rasai, which is part of the Shirur Taluka in Pune. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city, but we like it out here. The pace is slower than what you find in the middle of Pune. Goodwill Chocolates Private Limited has been operating from this post for a while. It’s not a shiny corporate office; it’s more of a practical space where we can actually get stuff done without the constant noise of city traffic. The air is a bit clearer, and we have enough room to breathe. Some days are long, especially when we have a lot to move out, but being in Vadgaon Rasai makes it feel less like a grind. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just one that does things right from our little corner of the district. Most of the folks working here are locals from the Shirur area, which gives the place a different feel. We don’t have fancy signs or a big lobby. It’s just a gate and a building where the work happens. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow out here, but we manage. It’s an honest way to spend the day, and we’ve grown to appreciate the quiet routine of the village life compared to the rush of the city. We keep a few chairs outside for when we need to take a quick breather during the afternoon.
