Gomati Engineers

We are located at 29/ A J.N. Marg. It is a decent spot, though parking can be a bit of a struggle if you come at the wrong time of day. We’ve been operating Gomati Engineers for a good bit now. Mostly, we deal with mechanical parts and some repair work that comes our way. It’s not the cleanest job in the world. You’ll usually find us with grease on our hands or trying to figure out why a particular piece of machinery isn't fitting the way it should. We have a few lathes and some older equipment that still works perfectly fine. We don’t see the point in replacing things just because they are old. If it does the job, we keep using it. The building itself has some character, you could say. It’s seen a lot of projects come through the doors over the years. We don't have a big front office with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just walks over to see what’s needed. We prefer it that way. It keeps things direct. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s always something to clean or a tool to sharpen. We’ve known the neighbors for years. It feels like a small community even though we are all busy with our own work. J.N. Marg has its own rhythm, and we’ve just become part of it. We just keep our heads down and do the work we know how to do.
