Gloria Jeans Coffees

We’ve been here at Gloria Jeans Coffees in Viman Nagar for a bit now. Our spot is at Parihar Chowk, specifically UG 65 if you’re looking for the exact door. It’s a busy corner of the city and there’s always people walking past. Most of the time, we’re just busy grinding beans or wiping down the counters after the morning rush. The machine makes this loud hissing sound that you get used to after a few days working here. It isn't a fancy place, just a coffee shop where people sit and talk or stare at their phones for an hour. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up when it’s really hot outside, but we try to keep it cool enough. We see a lot of the same faces every day, folks who work in the nearby offices or live just down the street. It’s mostly just us making drinks and making sure the tables aren't sticky. There’s a lot of traffic outside on the chowk, so it’s never really quiet, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don’t have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just open up, brew the coffee, and wait for the next person to walk through the door. It’s a simple job and we like being in Viman Nagar because something is always happening outside.
