Global Visionaries Events Delhi

We’ve been working out of Indira Park for a while now. Even though Delhi is in the name, we are actually based here in Pune at Chinchwadgaon. Most days you can find us coordinating things for different local events from our office in G-2. It started out small and stayed that way because we like handling things ourselves. People usually call us when they have a wedding or a work function coming up and don't want to deal with the logistics. It is a lot of phone calls and making sure the tents and chairs show up on time. Sometimes it's messy and things run late, but we get it done. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to keep our paperwork and meet folks. We know the area well and have worked with a lot of the vendors around here. If you walk by G-2, you might see us unloading gear or just sitting with a chai trying to figure out the schedule for the weekend. It’s hard work and the hours are long when an event is actually happening, but we’re used to it by now. We just try to keep things moving so nobody has to worry too much on their big day. It's just us, a small team trying to make things happen in Chinchwadgaon. We don't have a big flashy sign outside, just a small one so people can find us. It's a busy life but it's ours. We handle all the small details that people usually forget until the last minute.
