We are based in Bhosari Sector 15, specifically at the unit Lg-9. This is where we run our travel agency. It is a small office with a couple of chairs for people to sit while we look up tickets. We handle a lot of bus bookings for people working in the Bhosari industrial area. They often need to go back to their hometowns or travel for work. It is a lot of looking at screens and talking on the phone with bus operators. The office is simple and doesn't have any fancy decorations. There are some old posters and a stack of notebooks on the desk. Sector 15 is a very busy place, and the noise from the road never really stops. We’ve been here long enough that we know which buses are usually late and which ones are decent. We don't have a big marketing plan. People just know our spot in Lg-9. Sometimes the internet goes down and we can't book anything, so we just sit and talk with the customers until it comes back. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't wear uniforms and we don't use any corporate talk. If a ticket is available, we book it. If not, we try to find another way. We are just regular people helping other people get to where they need to go. We stay open quite late most days because that is when people finish work.
