You can find us at A-2 Radhakrishna Residency, which is located at Sr No 13/4 in the Anandnagar area right off Sinhgarh Road. If you know Pune, you know Sinhgarh Road can get pretty packed with cars and buses, so our spot in the residency is a bit of a retreat from all that noise. We’ve been running things from here for a good while. The office isn't very large, just enough space for our desks and some maps and travel papers scattered about. It’s a local business through and through. We spend our days talking to people about where they want to go and trying to figure out the best way to get them there without too much hassle. It’s not a polished travel agency with bright lights and posters everywhere; it’s more of a place where we sit down and look at schedules on our screens. Radhakrishna Residency is a nice enough building, and our neighbors are mostly families, so it feels very grounded. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, answer the phones, and try to help people with their trips. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait, or someone brings in some snacks to share during the afternoon slump. It’s a regular job in a regular part of town, and that suits us just fine.
