You can find Ginkgo Foods Llp over in Kothrud at Anand Residency. We are in B Wing, up on the seventh floor in flat 701. It’s a nice enough spot, though the wind really picks up at that height. We started this LLP because we all have a bit of a passion for food, but we wanted to keep it small and manageable. Kothrud is a great place to be based because it's so central to everything we need. Most of our work happens at the big table in the main room. We don't have those fancy glass partitions or cubicles you see in movies. It’s more like a home office that grew a bit too big for its boots. S No 20/2 is a familiar area for us. We’ve lived around here for years before starting the business. There’s a lot of talk about food trends, but we mostly just stick to what we know. We spend a lot of time testing things out and seeing what tastes right. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit crowded when we are all in there at once. We aren't looking to take over the world. We just want to make good food products that people actually want to buy again. It’s simple, honest work. We deal with suppliers directly and try to keep our overheads low so we don't have to charge crazy prices. Just a local business trying to do things the right way.
