We are based out of Deccan Gymkhana, specifically at 1270 Vareli near the Garware Bridge. It is a well-known spot in Pune, and we’ve been here for a good amount of time. The office is usually a bit chaotic because we are always coordinating different services. It's not like a regular shop where you sell things over a counter. We spend hours on the phone talking to staff and clients. There is a lot of scheduling involved, making sure everyone is where they need to be. Sometimes someone calls in sick, and then we have to scramble to find a replacement. It can be stressful, but that’s just how the day goes. Our office isn't very large, and we have folders piled up on the desks. We use a couple of old computers that are a bit slow but they get the job done eventually. The area near Garware Bridge is always noisy with traffic, so we keep the windows shut most of the time. We aren't big on fancy meetings or corporate talk. We just sit around the table and figure out the plan for the next day. It’s a lot of manual record-keeping alongside the digital stuff. People walk in occasionally to ask about what we do, and we just explain it simply. We’ve been in this neighborhood long enough that the local chai wallah knows exactly when to bring our tea. It’s just us working hard to keep things moving.
