It isn't a factory or a big shop. It's where we handle all the administrative stuff and the planning for our food business. It can get a bit cramped with all the files and samples lying around, but we make it work. We are just a few people trying to build something of our own. The road outside can be a bit dusty sometimes because of all the construction nearby, but that’s just Pune life lately. We don't have any fancy corporate titles. We just do whatever needs doing. Some days it’s about sourcing, other days it’s about sales. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes we stay late to finish things up. We like being in Mundhwa because it feels connected to the rest of the city. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. We just focus on the food and our customers. It’s a simple, local way of doing things, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
