We operate out of Ukh-Shanti Apartment, specifically Flat No. 2 in Christian Colony here in Baramati. Shivprasad Shetty Bhojraj started this, and we use the second flat for our engineering work. It’s a bit of a mixed residential and work setup. We handle engineering tasks, mostly small-scale stuff that people in the district need. It could be repairs, some fabrication, or just looking at technical problems. The space isn't huge, but we have our tools and equipment set up. Baramati is a place where people know each other, so we get a lot of local work. We aren't a massive factory with hundreds of workers. It’s a small team doing practical things. Sometimes we are out on a site, and other times we are working from the apartment office. We deal with the paperwork and the technical drawings right here. It can get a bit messy with parts and blueprints everywhere. That’s just the nature of engineering. We try to be precise because that's what the job requires. It’s been our base for a while now. People come by when they have something that needs fixing or building. We just take it one project at a time and do what needs to be done. We don't have a fancy lobby for clients. You just come to the flat and we talk about the project over some tea. It's straightforward work. We focus on getting the measurements right and making sure the metal parts are solid. It's a modest business but it keeps us busy every day.
