Ganges Internationale Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Swapnapurti House in Katraj. We’re on Plot No.15 at Radhakrishna, which is part of Survey No. 73. Katraj is a busy part of Pune, and it’s got a lot of energy. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a solid building where we get our work done every day. We spend a lot of time on the logistics and the international side of the business. It involves a lot of back-and-forth communication and keeping track of various orders. The area around us is always active, and sometimes the noise from the road makes it hard to hear on the phone, but you get used to it. We aren't the type to have a bunch of meetings about things like synergy. We just look at what needs to be shipped and we make sure it happens. The desks are a bit messy, and there’s always someone looking for a pen or a specific file. We have our fair share of mistakes and bad days, especially when the power goes out or a shipment gets stuck, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a practical, local business that’s been in the area for a bit. We just keep things simple and try to stay on top of the paperwork because that's the only way to get through the day.
