We are located at 96 Shukrawar Peth in Pune. Our office is quite close to the Badami Haud Chowk which is a landmark most people in the neighborhood know well. We have been in the travel business for quite some time now. It is a small place, just a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk about their trips. We handle all the usual things like booking bus tickets or sorting out train schedules. Many people come to us because they find the online stuff a bit confusing or they just want to talk to a real person. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just help you get from one place to another. The streets around here are always full of people and noise which makes the office feel like a little quiet spot in the middle of it. We know the routes and the hotels because we have been doing this for years. It is not a fancy setup with glass walls or anything. We just use our computers and notebooks to keep track of everything. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing but we try to help everyone who calls or walks in. It is a local business and we like seeing the same people come back after their holidays to tell us how it went. We’ve been here so long the building feels like a second home to us. It can be a bit cramped when it's busy but we make it work.
