We have been operating out of this spot in Laxmi Nagar for quite a while now. It is located at 197/2/1, right in the same area as Bhushan Chincholikar's place. Most people around here know Shastri Chowk, and we are just a short distance from there. Being in Bhosari means we are right in the middle of all the industrial activity in Pune. We handle precision technology work. Our setup is not very fancy, just a regular workshop where we focus on the machines and getting the parts right. Sometimes the traffic on Alandi Road gets really backed up in the mornings, but we try to get in early to beat the rush. The workshop floor is where most of the action happens. We do not spend much time in an office or on fancy computers. It is more about the hands-on work. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first started, with new shops popping up everywhere, but we just keep doing what we do. We usually have the shutters open by eight. People stop by when they have a specific part that needs fixing or a project that requires a bit of extra attention. We do not have a big team of sales people. It is just a few of us making sure the jobs get finished. It gets a bit dusty and loud during the day, but that is just how it is in this part of town.
