Our kitchen is tucked away in Shaniwar Peth, which is one of the older parts of Pune. It’s 166 Shaniwar Peth to be exact. If you know the area, you know how narrow the lanes can get and how much history is packed into these streets. We’ve been doing catering for quite a while now. It started small, just cooking for neighbor's events, and it grew from there. Most of our days start very early, long before the sun is up, so we can get the vegetables chopped and the big pots boiling. We handle a lot of weddings and small family gatherings around the city. It’s not just about the cooking; it’s the logistics of getting all those stainless steel containers into the van and across Pune traffic without anything spilling. Our team is a bunch of hardworking folks who don't mind the heat of a big kitchen. We don't use fancy gadgets, just big ladles and heavy stoves. When we aren't out at an event, we are here cleaning the equipment and planning the next day’s grocery list. Shaniwar Peth is a busy place, and we fit right in with the noise and the constant movement. People know where to find us when they have a function coming up. We don't do much advertising; usually, someone just tastes the food at a party and asks for our number. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
