You can find Friendly Tour Organiser over in Dhanakawadi. We are up on the floor above Sairaj Electronics in the Punyai Complex, specifically the Deepanjali Nagar Extern part. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs but it’s a good spot once you get there. Our office is filled with maps and old brochures from trips we have helped people with. The desks are usually covered in scribbled notes about bus timings and hotel bookings. It gets a little hectic when holiday season comes around and everyone wants to go somewhere at the same time. We have been in this complex for a long time, and we know all the shopkeepers downstairs. The fans hum all day long while we talk on the phone to drivers and guides. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few people who know how to get things organized. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait, but we always get the itineraries sorted out eventually.
