Fresco Pizzas Llp operates out of Flat No. 307 in Shantiniketan. It is in Building B at S. No. 150A/2/1 in Magarpatta. Being in Hadapsar means we are near a lot of offices and homes. This is where we handle the pizza business side of things. It is a flat, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We have our files and computers set up in the various rooms. It gets a bit tight when everyone is here at once. Magarpatta is a big place and it can be very easy to get lost if you don't know the way. We have lived and worked in Pune for a long time. This is something we started because we wanted to do things our own way. We do not have a big board of directors. It is just us making decisions over cups of tea. Sometimes the delivery bikes are lined up outside on the street. We try to keep things organized but it is a lot to manage on busy nights. The Shantiniketan building is pretty standard for this part of town. We have a view of the other blocks from our main window. It is a busy life, especially on weekend nights when everyone is ordering food. We do not have any polished speeches about our values. We just want to make sure the dough is good and the toppings stay fresh. It is a practical, everyday kind of job for our small team.
