We are located in Hadapsar, which is a part of Pune that has grown tremendously. Specifically, we are in the Jain Township at Chintamninagar, Flat No A 2/2 on Handewadi Road. Forbes Marshall Pvt Ltd operates from here to stay close to the industrial belt on this side of town. The township is usually quite busy, and finding a parking spot can sometimes be a bit of a challenge if you arrive late in the morning. Our office is basically a converted flat, which makes it feel much less formal than a typical corporate office. We have our files organized in the cupboards and enough desks for everyone to sit and do their work. It’s a quiet enough place once you are inside, allowing us to focus on the engineering calculations and project planning that fill our days. We don’t spend a lot of time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. As long as it is clean and the electricity works, we are happy. We often grab lunch from the local places nearby or bring tiffins from home. There is a lot of building work going on around Handewadi Road, so the scenery is always changing. We’ve been here long enough to see the area transform. Our team is small and we all know what needs to be done. We don't need a lot of meetings to stay on track. We just do our bit, keep the systems running, and head home when the day is finished.
