Forbes Maeshalls J N Marshall Ltd is based at Survey No 2 3 2 in Mamta Nagar. We are in the Old Sangavi area of Pune, which is a part of town that has its own pace. It is not in one of those new IT parks. Instead, we are in a more established neighborhood where people actually know each other. Our building is simple and does not have any flashy signs out front. Inside, it is just a bunch of us working away. We have our desks, our paperwork, and the usual office stuff. It is a practical place for us to be. We have been here at this address for a while and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the area. We do not go in for fancy mission statements or corporate talk. We just focus on the job at hand. Some days are loud because of the street noise, but we do not mind it much. It is just part of being in Pune. The 4110027 area is where we have set up shop and it works for what we need. We are a small group and we pretty much know what needs to be done without a lot of meetings. It is a bit messy sometimes, with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. We just keep things moving along. It is an honest way to work and we do not feel the need to polish it up.
