Flip Media

We are based in Pune, which is a city that never seems to stop growing or changing. Flip Media started out as just a small idea between friends and now we are here, right in the middle of all the traffic and the unpredictable weather. We don't have a massive headquarters with a gym or a fancy cafeteria. It’s just a workspace where we get our daily tasks done. Some days it’s incredibly loud outside with the sounds of the city, and other days it’s surprisingly quiet for no reason at all. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders or visitors. As long as the computers work and there is enough coffee in the pot to go around, we are perfectly happy. Pune is a good place to be because there are so many students and young people around, which keeps the energy up in the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India or anything like that. We just want to do our work and keep our clients satisfied with what we provide. The team is a mix of people who have lived here forever and some who just moved here for work. We often talk about the local food and where to get the best snacks in the afternoon. It’s a very normal, everyday environment for us. No one wears ties here unless it's a very special occasion. We like the casual vibe because it lets us focus.
